CBRE WINS 700,000 SQ M REAL ESTATE SERVICES MANDATE FROM ITELLA REAL ESTATE OY

CBRE, the global property advisor, has been appointed to provide real estate services to Itella Real Estate Oy, part of the Itella Group which provides solutions for managing information and product flows in Europe and Russia.

Through the new mandate, CBRE’s Global Corporate Services and Valuation teams will deliver a range of services across Itella’s full 700,000 sq m owned and leased portfolio of logistics and offices properties in Russia, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Norway.
