Celero Capital strengthens team with a Partner promotion and new hire

Celero Capital, a Nordic mid-market private equity firm, is excited to announce the promotion of Viktor Hansson to Partner and the hiring of Fredrika Claezon as an Investment Associate.

Viktor joined Celero Capital in 2022 and has been instrumental to the firm's development. In addition to playing a central role in the successful closings of Corteco and Reledo, Celero’s first two investments, Viktor has led the execution of a number of add-ons to Corteco, thereby accelerating the growth of this buy-and-build platform. Prior to joining Celero, Viktor served as head of M&A at Nordlo and as an investment professional at FSN Capital, where he worked alongside Peter Möller and Kenneth Haavet for almost six years. Viktor began his career in Management Consulting at Bain & Company where he spent five years advising large industrials and private equity clients across the Nordic countries. He holds an MS in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from the Royal Institute of Technology and a BS in Business Administration and Economics from Stockholm University.

Fredrika Claezon will join Celero Capital as an Investment Associate in August this year. She currently serves as an Investment Banking Analyst within Nordea’s Corporate Finance department. Fredrika holds an MS in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam.
