CEVT now up and running in Geely Innovation Centre

CEVT is now up and running inside the first building in the Geely Innovation Centre, the building complex which will be named “Uni3 by Geely” when the whole campus is ready. Cevt will be occupying six floors out of eight. Together with Geely Innovation Centre Management, Geely Sweden Holdings and Geely Group Motorsports, CEVT is the first tenant to move into the first out of five building to be finished.

CEVT has now moved about half of the organization with the rest to follow in phase two. That means that about 1000 people have now successfully been transferred into the new facilities at Lindholmen.

“This is a big day for everyone who has worked tirelessly to meet this deadline. I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to all who have made this possible. We are now well underway to start to gather the Geely family in Gothenburg in one campus”, says Gang Wei who is the Project Executive for Geely Innovation Centre.

“All of CEVT has been anticipating this day for a long time. The trust and commitment from Geely are felt and symbolised in this beautiful building. A huge thank you to everyone involved. We look forward to all of CEVT being able to move in when the next office building is ready and also the design studio”, says Mats Fägerhag, CEO of CEVT. 

The famous Swedish coffee shop Da Matteo as well as Chinese Restaurant Gansu Köket, have also open their doors at the bottom floor of Geely Innovation Centre, where employees as well public can have both their cravings for caffeine and Chinese food met.
