1 week left to nominate for the Children's Climate Prize 2020!
Last minute call! The Children's Climate Prize invites and appreciates initiatives from around the globe, looking for innovative and groundbreaking ideas and solutions that drive and facilitate sustainable development. The goal is to support young people around the world with the ambition to drive public opinion, technological development and innovation in the fields of the climate and environment.
The nomination period opened in May and a record breaking number of nominations have already entered the competition. Good news for sustainable development globally! There is still time - entries can be registered in a form on the Children's Climate Prize website until September 21.
About Children’s Climate Prize
The Children’s Climate Prize is an international prize annually awarded to children who have made extraordinary efforts for the climate and environment. The winners of the prize are celebrated at a digital event November 18 broadcasted worldwide. They receive a diploma, medal and prize money of SEK 100,000 to continue developing their projects. The prize is founded by Telge Energi, the Swedish frontrunner in renewable energy, and it is they, in partnership with Blueair, a world-leader in air purification, that are behind the award.
