VASS GROUP signs an agreement to acquire the Swedish digital transformation consultancy ZINGTON

VASS Group, a digital solutions leading company, announced today an agreement to acquire Zington, a well renowned Swedish IT and management consultancy company.

Founded in 2008 with more than 220 consultants, Zington is headquartered in Stockholm, serving a strong leading client portfolio in key sectors such as Retail, Food Industry, and Banking among others.

Zington is the seventh acquisition since the growth plan VASS@400 was launched, following the recent acquisitions of Hexagon Data, a marketing leader in MarTech based in Mexico, One Inside, an Adobe technology solutions specialist based in Switzerland; CRI Group, a company specializing in the digital transformation of European Union entities; ECENTA, a German leader customer experience solutions development of with a strong presence in the North American market; Comunytek, a specialist in advanced systems for wholesale banking and capital markets; and Movetia, a leading digital services company with expertise in the development of digital solutions for the financial and automotive sectors from Catalonia.
