Outokumpu Experience 2013 - Mr Jorma Ollila and Mr Colin Moon keynote speakers

Colin Moon kicked off Day 2 of the Outokumpu Experience with a well-received presentation on the challenges of working in international teams. Guests from all over the world sat in the audience of 300 and first on the programme was the amusing, yet poignant, talk given by Mr Moon on how easy it is to misunderstand people from different cultures. 'I am not sure people from different business cultures can ever understand each other 100%', said Colin as an introduction to his talk. 'We all think we're basically normal. It's the others who are weird'. And then he proceeded, during the following 35 minutes, to give example after example to back up his case. People in the audience clearly found the points relevant and it proved an excellent way to start Day 2 of this power-packed seminar for the clients and customers of Outokumpu.
