Croisette Advises Areim on 33-Property Light Industrial Portfolio in Greater Stockholm
Croisette advised Areim on the acquisition of a light industrial portfolio in Greater Stockholm.
Croisette Real Estate Partner acted as adviser to Areim in connection with the acquisition of a light industrial portfolio comprising 33 properties and a total lettable area of approximately 111,000 sq m. The properties are located in established industrial areas across Stockholm and Uppsala.
