Croisette Advises Brookfield on Acquisition of Swedish light industrial Portfolio located in Greater Stockholm, Uppsala, Mälardalen region and Östergötland.

The portfolio comprises 33 properties with a total lettable area of approximately 144,000 square meters. The assets are situated in prime industrial hubs across Greater Stockholm, Uppsala, Mälardalen region and Östergötland.
