Croisette Advises Hines on Swedish Light Industrial Portfolio
Croisette Real Estate Partner has advised Hines in the acquisition of a Swedish light industrial portfolio located in Greater Stockholm and Gothenburg from Areim. The portfolio comprises ten properties with a total lettable area of approximately 28,000 square meters. The assets are situated in prime industrial locations within these regions. The WAULT amounts to 8.4 years, and the portfolio has an occupancy rate of 94%.
