Croisette Finland appoints new Managing Director

Croisette Finland announces a leadership transition as Jalmari Janhunen leaves his position as Managing Director to pursue a new professional opportunity. Ville Kamppari has been appointed as his successor, effective August 1.

Ville Kamppari brings extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, leasing, and value creation. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in and led numerous transactions with a combined value exceeding €350 million, working closely with institutional investors, funds, and corporate occupiers across Finland.

He joins Croisette from Reagle, where he most recently served as Head of Value Creation and a member of the executive team. In this role, he led large-scale leasing and repositioning mandates, with a strong focus on hands-on execution and proactive leasing. His approach combines data-driven decision-making with active tenant outreach, enabling clients to reduce vacancy, optimize lease structures, and enhance asset value in all market conditions.

In his new role, Kamppari will be responsible for leading and expanding Croisette's operations in Finland, with a focus on strengthening client relationships, driving growth, and further developing the firm's advisory capabilities in leasing, transactions, and strategic asset value creation.
