Flowe (Banca Mediolanum) teams up with Doconomy to track CO2 impact of everyday consumption

Emerging Italian neo EMI, e-money institution, Flowe, part of Banca Mediolanum - aiming at educating young people in innovation and economic, social and environmental sustainability - use Åland Index to offer clients tools to track and measure the climate impact from consumption. Flowe is the fourth financial Institution after Bank of Åland, Nordea and Bank of the West, and the first Italian EMI, to enable Åland Index bringing everyday climate action into the hands of their clients.

Åland Index is a cloud-based software service - provided by the fintech startup Doconomy - enabling banks, payment providers and financial institutions to offer all customers transaction-based impact calculations, guiding consumers everyday consumption towards more sustainable choices.
