Pressmeddelande från E.ON Sverige / E.ON Sverige’s Annual Report published today 3 april 2006 / April 3, 2006 E.ON Sveriges årsredovisning publiceras i dag E.ON Sveriges årsredovisning för 2005 publiceras i dag måndagen den 3 april och finns ute på www.eon.se Årsredovisningen innehåller, förutom den traditionella ekonomiska redovisningen, även en presentation av E.ON Sverige samt ett avsnitt om CSR - Corporate Social Responsibility. Vi vill vara kända för att vi bidrar till ett samhälle med hög livskvalitet samtidigt som hänsyn tas till vår miljö. Vi är övertygade om att en ansvarsfull och proaktiv hållning när det gäller vårt sociala ansvar - Corporate Social Responsibility - bidrar till att stärka vår konkurrenskraft. Samtidigt leder detta oss i rätt riktning mot en ekonomisk, social och miljömässigt hållbar utveckling. Kort om 2005 Som tidigare redovisats i bokslutskommunikén ökade omsättningen med sex procent och uppgick till 26,1 miljarder kronor. Resultat efter finansnetto uppgick till 5,2 miljarder kronor - en ökning med åtta procent. Stora investeringar De närmaste åren kommer E.ON Sverige att investera 22 miljarder i tryggad energiförsörjning. Investeringarna går bland annat till ny el- och värmeproduktion i Malmö, förstärkta och utbyggda elnät, modernisering och kapacitetshöjning av den befintliga elproduktionen, utbyggnad av naturgasen och nybyggd vindkraft. E.ON Sveriges investeringar i elförsörjningen beräknas ge ett tillskott av el på 6-7 TWh från 2009. Under de närmaste tre åren kommer hela E.ON-koncernen att investera cirka 175 miljarder kronor, varav 155 miljarder i anläggningar. Årsstämma E.ON Sveriges årsstämma (ordinarie bolagsstämma) hålls onsdagen den 26 april kl 15.00 på E.ON Sveriges huvudkontor i Malmö. We are convinced that a responsible and proactive position in terms of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) contributes to strengthening our competitiveness, while also guiding us in the right direction - toward financial, social and environmentally sustainable development.” 2005 in brief As reported earlier in the Year-end Report, sales increased by 6 percent and totaled SEK 26.1 billion. Profit after financial items amounted to SEK 5.2 billion, an increase of 8 percent. Major investments During the next few years, E.ON Sverige will invest SEK 22 billion to secure reliable energy supplies. The investments will include new electricity and heat production in Malmö, strengthened and extended electricity networks, modernization and capacity increases in the existing electricity production organization, expansion of natural gas and construction of new wind power facilities. E.ON Sverige’s investments in electricity supplies are expected to generate an additional 6-7 TWh from 2009. In the next three years, the entire E.ON Group will invest about SEK 175 billion, of which SEK 155 billion will be invested in plants. Annual General Meeting E.ON Sverige’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, April 26, 2006, at 3:00p.m., at E.ON Sverige’s head office in Malmö. The Board has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting that a dividend of SEK 8.00 per share be paid to shareholders.
