eSite Power Systems has successfully completed a financing round and continues to expand

eSite Power Systems continues its planned expansion and have now taken another step by successfully closing a financing round. The majority of the existing owners have invested and new owners have entered.

Sustainion Group AB will through their investment reach an ownership share of 4,9% of eSite Power Systems. Sustainion also have an option to invest more and increase its ownership to 14,7%.

eSite Power Systems will according to the plan use the new capital to expand the sales organisation and increased marketing. A process to recruit additional resources is already on-going.

Part of the new capital will be used to accelerate the development of new products and new generations of the market leading telecom site power supply system, eSite x10. The company sees a large interest from the main markets in Middle East and Africa as well as from other developing markets, especially in Latin America.
