Expando strengthens leadership team to accelerate innovation and growth

Expando announces the strengthening of its leadership team with the appointment of Jonas Ohlsson, reinforcing the company’s strategic focus on advanced technology development and customer-driven solutions.

Jonas Ohlsson joined Expando with more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership, product development, and managing complex R&D organizations. 
In his role as Head of Tech and Customer Solutions, he will lead the company’s technical direction, with a focus on expanding proprietary platforms and delivering high-performance solutions tailored to the evolving needs of defense and space customers.

With a background as CTO and a proven track record of leading global teams and driving innovation, Jonas will play a key role in advancing Expandos capabilities within rugged systems, edge servers, and defense electronics. 
His appointment strengthens the company’s position in delivering rugged computing solutions, military-grade servers, and embedded systems for defense, while further developing its portfolio of modified COTS solutions.

At the same time, Elin Skarin assumes the role of Head of Operations, reflecting Expandos continued investment in operational excellence and scalability. 

Having been with the company for several years, Elin has played a pivotal role in building Expandos internal processes and quality framework.
As Head of Operations, Elin will lead the development of efficient and scalable operations, ensuring seamless coordination across order management, logistics, and delivery. 
She will also oversee quality assurance and compliance with key standards such as MIL-STD and ISO, while strengthening cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
