Eyevinn Technology joins Nordic Content Protection

Eyevinn Technology - the European leading independent experts specializing in sustainable video technology, today announced that they have joined Nordic Content Protection, the leading anti-piracy organization working for the Television Industry in the Nordic countries.
The piracy problem continues to escalate within video streaming, driven by subscription fatigue and the fragmentation of content spread over many different services. Piracy has become increasingly accessible due to advancements in technology, making it easier for users to access pirated content with minimal technical expertise. Sometimes without knowing that the site is illegal.
Efforts to fight streaming piracy involve a combination of legal actions, technological solutions, and educational initiatives.
