Ferroamp moves to new, larger spaces in Umami Park

Ferroamp has signed a contract with Wallenstam regarding new office spaces. In April next year, the headquarters and lab will move to Umami Park in Sundbyberg, one of Stockholm region’s new dynamic areas.

Ferroamp is in an expansion phase and sees a large increase in the demand of their products and services as the green transition is accelerating and a new energy landscape is emerging. Real estate can, with the help of Ferroamp’s products and services, become a strong force in the green transition.

- We are growing and need new, larger spaces adapted to our operations, and in an attractive location. It feels great that we have signed an agreement regarding the new spaces in Umami Park. Wallenstam has a large interest in sustainability issues and an active agenda for green properties, which goes well with our operation and ambition as a green tech company, says Krister Werner, CEO at Ferroamp.

Together with Wallenstam as a collaborator, owner and one of Ferroamp’s earliest customers, the 1 750 square meters of office space will be specially adapted for Ferroamp’s operation and will be ready for move in April 2023.

- We are very happy that Ferroamp chose to move their headquarters and lab to Umami Park’s office spaces. An establishment that shows both the area’s attraction force and development. It feels especially fun since we are a partner in Ferroamp, that we now get them as a tenant in one of our larger urban development projects, says Mathias Aronsson, vice president for Wallenstam and region executive for Stockholm/Uppsala.
