Ferroamp ready for next step on development journey

Ferroamp welcomes Niklas Cassel as interim Chief Commercial Officer, putting the focus on work with Ferroamp’s sales strategy and internationalisation. Together with Lisa Larsson Lerner, who will lead strategic work in the area of purchasing, suppliers and supply chains, this adds experience and expertise so that Ferroamp is ready to take the next step on its development journey.

Niklas Cassel takes over as interim Chief Commercial Officer as of August. Niklas holds a master’s degree in Industrial Economics and for more than ten years he has been CEO of nWise, a successful SaaS telecoms company, where his achievements include establishing sales in 14 countries. Prior to that, Niklas held a number of senior positions within the Ericsson Group and at the Swedish Space Corporation.

“Niklas has extensive experience of business management and developing companies and operations. His experience of international business from Ericsson and from international development in his position as CEO of nWise gives us valuable expertise as we begin our internationalisation, and develop and grow our business,” says Krister Werner, CEO of Ferroamp.

Ferroamp is currently recruiting for several roles in system sales to further boost the sales organisation during the autumn.

In August, Lisa Larsson Lerner will also take over as Chief Purchasing Officer, to develop Ferroamp’s strategic work in the area of purchasing, suppliers and supply chains, which is particularly important in the industrialisation and growth phase that Ferroamp is undergoing.

“Lisa’s background in purchasing and supply chains, combined with Niklas’ experience of international expansion, adds and supplements the management team with the necessary expertise and experience to be able take the next step on our development journey,” concludes Krister Werner.
