Gernandt & Danielsson appoints Daniel Sveen as new partner

Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå has appointed Daniel Sveen as new partner as of 1 September 2025.

Daniel Sveen has been with the firm since 2016 and advises public and private companies on a broad range of matters, including on general corporate matters, corporate governance, continuous disclosure requirements, IPOs, rights issues, private placements and other equity offerings as well as public M&A. In addition, Daniel regularly lectures in company law at Stockholm University.
