Gernandt & Danielsson has co-authored Lexology In-Depth: Virtual Currency Regulation
Lexology In-Depth: Virtual Currency Regulation is a country-by-country guide to recent legal and regulatory changes and developments in the field of virtual currencies, which also looks forward to expected global trends in the area. It provides a practical analysis of developing regulatory initiatives aimed at fostering innovation, while at the same time protecting the public and mitigating systemic risks.
Partner Niclas Rockborn, senior associate Rikard Sundstedt and senior associate Robin Entenza, all active within Gernandt and Danielsson’s specialist and financial services group, are authors of the Swedish chapter in the 8th edition of the guide. The updates in this year’s edition include, inter alia, the effects from the MiCA regulation entering into force, and the status of the Swedish e-krona initiative.
