Gernandt & Danielsson advises Öhman in connection with its investment in Lannebo Fonder

Gernandt & Danielsson advises the Öhman group ("Öhman") in connection with its investment in Lannebo Fonder. As a result of the transaction, Öhman will become the main owner of Lannebo Fonder with the founders and employees of Lannebo Fonder remaining as shareholders. The transaction is subject to approvals by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and the Swedish Competition Authority.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Öhman with a team consisting of partner Carl Westerberg, senior associate Christopher Escalante as well as associates Joel Ståhl, Sofia Hagelqvist and Sanna Pettersson, mainly assisted by partners Niclas Rockborn (regulatory), Andreas Holmqvist (employment) and Foad Hoseinian (competition), senior associates Rikard Sundstedt (regulatory) and Magdalena Jerner (IP) as well as associates Sofie Hallén (competition) Anna Jarl (employment) and Sebastian Kjellkvist (regulatory).
