Gina Tricot continues to find new paths for maintaining an attractive position in the digital market. For example, the company continuously develops its growing B2B channel to accommodate customers’ ever-changing digital purchasing behaviours, and to increase visibility in relevant online marketplaces in European countries. Now, Gina Tricot is taking its digital coverage into new territory with the launch of a country-specific e-commerce website in the Netherlands.

“In recent years, Gina Tricot has enjoyed strong growth in Europe through its B2B partners. Introducing a country-specific website in the Netherlands is the perfect opportunity for growth. The digital share of Gina Tricot’s total sales has steadily increased, and we’ve developed our IT capabilities and e-commerce, so it’s the right time to accelerate our geographical expansion,” says Ted Boman, CEO of Gina Tricot.

“Through our European platform and B2B partners, we’ve had clear indications that the Dutch market holds significant potential for us. It’s logical to offer these customers an improved fashion experience and service through a local website. The fashion outlook and e-commerce behaviours in this market are a great match for our product and business model. The ginatricot.com/nl e-commerce site will go live on 20 May 2021, accompanied by a large-scale digital campaign to celebrate the launch.
