GWS Production AB: Förslag till styrelse inför årsstämman 2017

Aktieägare representerande cirka 35 procent av aktierna och rösterna i GWS Production AB (”GWS”) har meddelat att de föreslår att Paul Degerlund, Sven Holmgren, Mathia Nalappan, Lars Lidgren och Hans Skalin omväljs som styrelseledamöter samt att Deep Parekh nyväljs som styrelseledamot i bolaget på årsstämman den 29 maj 2017. Till styrelseordförande föreslås omval av Lars Lidgren.
