GWS subsidiary will launch travel security app TravelGuard at TTE 2017

GWS has a 51% stake in Travelogix, a UK-based company specialized in developing and selling SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions for processing travel data to reduce costs for corporate travel managers. The partnership has already yielded additional revenue for both parties from the cross-license agreement. Travelogix's analytix suite of products is incorporated with Safeture solutions package as a travel booking integration feature. 

Travelogix will launch GWS’s Safeture Pro app, as the rebranded TravelGuard.

TravelGuard, the latest addition to the Travelogix suite of products will be unveiled at TTE 2017. The app is a mobile-based personal tracking, warning and communication solution, and addresses the growing necessity to protect, engage and communicate with employees who are traveling whilst on business.

The TravelGuard app uses leading GPS tracking and communication technology to provide valuable real-time warnings and information about disasters, and other threats to travelers. The app also includes advanced emergency signaling capability and runs on iOS and Android devices.

The web-based interface simultaneously provides travel and security managers with real time city or street level traveler locations, risk analysis information, security alerts and the necessary tools to communicate directly with affected travelers.
