New lineup of laser-heating systems from Hamamatsu with sales start from December 1, 2021.

Based on technical knowledge and expertise acquired through years of design, development, and manufacturing of semiconductor based laser light sources, Hamamatsu Photonics will soon start the sales of five laser-heating systems.

This new lineup has optimized laser output powers and spot diameters helping users select the ideal laser heating system for applications such as laser soldering, plastic welding, and adhesive thermal curing. Compared to conventional heating methods, laser thermal processing delivers higher efficiency at a lower environmental load, helping reduce carbon emissions for a more sustainable society.

Sales of these laser-heating systems are scheduled to start from December 1, 2021.
