Creating true customer value
This autumn SSE IFL Executive Education will run the executive program “Strategic Marketing Management” in cooperation with Hanken & SSE Executive Education.
In today’s constantly changing market, organizations need to be responsive and work proactively to achieve and sustain success. That is why it is crucial to have in-depth knowledge of customer needs – not only for employees working in marketing but also for the whole organization.
“The new program Strategic Marketing Management targets marketers, of course, but also all members of the management team who want to understand and contribute to the strategic value creation process,” says Program Director Jan Jacobs.
The aim is to attract Finnish and Swedish participants to the program but also to reach a broader international audience. Program modules will take place in Stockholm and Helsinki, with faculty from Hanken and Stockholm School of Economics.
During eight intensive days over three modules, participants will learn analytical tools to systematically assess key elements that create true customer value and methods to develop processes that support a value-driven and innovative business environment.
“Throughout the program, the participants will work on an individual learning project, applying knowledge from the program while penetrating one of their own business challenges, thus providing immediate benefit to the sponsoring organization,” says Jan Jacobs.
