Knappt en månad innan Almedalsveckan samlas ett 70-tal forskare från hela världen i Visby för att utbyta kunskap och erfarenheter om hur man stärker demokratiutvecklingen på lokal nivå. Under en eftermiddag intar forskarna Almedalsscenen där de presenterar konkretiserade handlingsplaner och policies för ett mer demokratiskt samhälle.
