Ny italiensk film

En ny generation av kvinnliga regissörer har debuterat i Italien de senaste åren. Italienska Kulturinstitutet i Stockholm har inlett ett samarbete med Biennalen i Venedig och Biennale College Cinema för att visa ett urval av deras filmer, där tonårskonflikter, samhällskritik och queer-perspektiv står i fokus.

Totalt kommer tre filmer presenteras:

Måndag 19 december 18.00-19.30: "La tana" (The Den) av Beatrice Baldacci. Filmen introduceras av producenten Aurora Alma Bartiromo och Italienska Kulturinstitutets chef Francesco Di Lella.

Onsdag 18 januari 18.00-20.00: "La santa piccola" (The Miracle Child) av Silvia Brunelli. Filmen introduceras av regissören Silvia Brunelli och Italienska Kulturinstitutets chef Francesco Di Lella.

Tisdag 21 februari 18.00-20.00: "Zen sul ghiaccio sottile" (Zen on the Ice Rift) av Margherita Ferri. Filmen introduceras av regissören Margherita Ferri och Italienska Kulturinstitutets chef Francesco Di Lella.

The Italian Cultural Institute in Stockholm is the official Italian governmental body dedicated to promoting Italian language and culture in Sweden. For this reason, the Institute conducts a number of different activities. It organises concerts, screenings, lectures, exhibitions and other cultural events, that with very few exceptions are free and open to the public. It facilitates initiatives that promote the Italian Language in Sweden, such as the coordination of Italian courses with Folkuniversitetet. The Institute collaborates with a number of institutes, universities, museums, academies, conservatories, galleries and publishers, as well as with press, radio and TV both in Sweden and in Italy. It provides documentation and information about Italian cultural life and the institutions working in this field.
