Polylino celebrates a successful start in Switzerland
The digital picture book service Polylino continues to expand. Only one month after the market launch in Austria, the service is also available in Switzerland. The Mühleberg school in the canton of Bern is our first Swiss customer.
"Our concept of promoting language skills with digital, multilingual picture books continues to be in great demand so it was a logical step for us to offer Polylino in German-speaking Switzerland as well." says Jakob Skogholm, Managing Director of ILT Inläsningstjänst. “After just 2 years we are now represented in seven European countries. A strong sign that digital solutions for educational institutions across Europe are on the rise."
Polylino is aimed at preschools and elementary schools, daycare centers and libraries and offers a wide range of educationally high-quality picture books that are read in German and over 50 other languages. This gives children the opportunity to read their favorite stories in German and at the same time listen to them in their mother tongues. In this way, multilingual children have the opportunity to use all their linguistic resources. With Polylino multilingual children have the opportunity to use all their linguistic resources.
