Digitaliseringsbyrån Iteam som är omskrivna för sitt engagemang kring e-kronan och artificiell intelligens vill med chatboten Mållgan skapa en digital arbetskollega. Genom att integrera bland annat prisade ekonomisystemet PE Accounting, Iteams planeringssystem och Google Calendar kan Mållgan påminna och avlasta medarbetarna med tidrapporteringen.
