Group of investors acquires the Jaktia Group from Knut Axel Ugland Holding AS

A private investment company consisting of Jaktia's management, together with a few investors has acquired 100% of the shares in Jaktia AB, Jaktia Kållered AB, Jaktia Falun AB, Jaktia AS and Jaktia Jessheim AS from Knut Axel Ugland Holding AS (KAUH AS). KAUH AS has been the majority owner of the Scandinavian franchise chain since 2016. The chain has expanded to become the market-leading franchise player in the hunting, fishing, and outdoor segment in Scandinavia, with headquarters in Tollered outside Gothenburg. The chain consisting of around 60 stores in Sweden, Norway and Denmark has grown strongly in recent years with a total chain turnover of approx. SEK 1 billion and has shown a very positive profit trend. The minority owners remain as before in the new ownership group, which guarantees continuity in the further operation.
