Grab a slice of One Planet Pizza, Landed in the freezer aisle in Sweden

Multi-award winning plant-based frozen pizza brand, One Planet Pizza are now available in Sweden. Kale Foods, which is part of the investment company Kale United, are launching a range of mouth watering vegan pizzans from British One Planet Pizza.

The full range of frozen pizzas are now available to consumers from online retailer Vembla in Stockholm and Malmö, as well as in food service for restaurants.

"The Swedish market is demanding a vegan premium pizza and we are particularly pleased to have One Planet Pizza in our plant-based portfolio. We are currently in dialogue with a number of different grocery retailers in Sweden and hope for a nationwide launch soon”, says Anders Nilback, CEO of Kale Foods.

As part of raising brand awareness, Kale Food organised a successful teaser launch, in collaboration with Swedish PR agency Redget Communications, where a number of high-profile vegans and pizza lovers tried the pizza. The comments were overwhelming, including influential YouTube Evelina Forsell: "Let’s try this! I love that the crust is so thin. Oh my God. Okay, first try – it’s really, really good! Is it the best vegan pizza? It might be!”
