Kavall increases the focus on profitability after its rapid growth – organizational changes to follow

Kavall has since the beginning experienced rapid growth and gained significant consumer traction with our ultra-fast on-demand service for groceries and necessities in the Nordics. The company is committed to becoming the leading Nordic player within the space.

Following the recent development in the markets in the last couple of months, we will now increase the focus on profitability in order to adapt to the new conditions and better position the company for the future. This shift will include a review of how efforts are focused internally, but also of the overall cost base. The company aims to reduce central costs in Sweden and Norway and plans to review and assess the operations in Finland going forward. Savings will include changes in consultants, open positions, and existing employees. The employees who could be affected by these changes have been informed.

We are proud of all the team members who have contributed to where we are today. Without them, our growth journey would not have been possible. Our aim is now to connect any leaving team member with new opportunities. Are you an employer who is interested in getting in contact with great talent? Please reach out to hr@kavall.co and we will be happy to recommend the right person.

Despite the recent changes, Kavall’s ambition remains the same. We will continue to strive to become the leading Nordic player in the market.
