New Keystone Advisers transaction: Sale of Komet
Proffice has acquired Komet, a temporary staffing and recruitment company focusing on university and college students with approximately 600 consultants, from Constallation Group.
Proffice is one of the largest specialist companies within staffing and recruitment in the Nordic region, with more than 10,000 employees. The Proffice share is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
Keystone Advisers acted as advisor to the seller Proffice in the transaction.
