New Keystone Advisers transaction: Sale of SoliferPolar

Swedish brand Polar and Finland's all-time largest caravan brand Solifer has been under joint ownership in Sweden and Finland since 2004 under the company name SoliferPolar AB. Mikael Engström, CEO of SoliferPolar, acquires the company together with entrepreneur Mikael Colebring and controller Kajsa Cederflod Engström from the Finnish owners. The Norwegian and Finnish subsidiaries are included in the transaction. Mikael Engström will continue as CEO, Mikael Colebring will take the position as chairman of the board and Kajsa Cederflod Engström board member.

SoliferPolar develops, manufactures and sells a complete range of caravans, recreational vehicles and campers with focus on the Nordic markets. Polar is the all-time best selling caravan brand in Sweden and approximately 46,000 Polar products are currently rolling on Swedish roads. SoliferPolar AB had revenues of SEK 288 million in 2010 with profit of SEK 26 million. Polar has increased market share during 2011 and the new owners are optimistic about future developments


Keystone Advisers acted as advisor to the seller in the transaction.
