Vernissage Friday 6 October 17.21-21.17: unpacked: LISTEN WITH PATIENCE
A home does not feel like a home due to the materialistic qualities, a home is something I create mentally. My experience of moving from place to place, I learned that a bed, couch, table will always change. However, what I collect mentally follows me wherever I go. From the phone calls with my Father, to the daily jokes with my Brother, to the loving conversations with my Mother. All those voices being storytellers in my life. Passing down knowledge, histories, and legacies orally.

"This is only half of a percent" (as my Father says) of many more life stories and memories.
