Waiting to be touched in David von Hestréus BFA solo exhibition

Welcome to Alfred's Fapping Fate, an installation by David von Hestréus consisting of sculpture, video, text, and a soundwork (by Pbeatgirl). Illustrations by Algot Kärrman.

"Alfred’s jerking off naked in bed! Outside is a Stockholm of after parties, chirping birds, honking cars, and grass, waiting to be touched. Inside, a fapping young man in a lowly lit one-room apartment, scrolling through a hyperfeed on a phone. There’s a buzzing sound coming from outside the window. It’s night so Alfred can't see what’s making the noise. An approaching sound that’s quickly gone, like a sports car passing you on a highway, bbbbbzzZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzz…"

Vernissage on Friday 6 November 17–21, in the Black Box.

Open 7–13 November, 12–18
