Dina Isæus-Berlin is searching within the act of painting for something she calls the Event, that occurs only when you stop looking for it. It’s a trust exercise between her and the surface. Or between her and cosmos. The Event is worth waiting for. When it happens it feels like everything is new again.

Ambulanssjukvården dras idag med stora problem vilket fick Janne Kautto, ordförande i Riksföreningen för ambulanssjuksköterskor, RAS, att ta kontakt med studenter på Konstfacks Industridesignprogram. Tillsammans har de genomfört en sju veckor lång kurs, “Mobil omvårdnad” och resultatet presenteras nu både i en utställning på Konstfack och på Nordens största ambulanskongress, Ambulans 2017.

While giving aesthetically disparate impressions, all works in the show deal with ideas relating to cycles, regeneration and the desert and range from text to sculpture, 3D-animation and lenticular prints.
Alexander Höglund's work compiles a 9-space-world with creatures found on a self-experienced astral trip. In the terminal the creatures dwell in the binary plasma, the virtual, beneath the leaves where one sits and thinks. No castle on this land intertwines two stories. One concerning an island and another concerning another travel which never took place to begin with. Reality and fiction are blurred and storytelling centralized."
Michael Cedlind's exhibition Sunrise Cinema presents a little less than an hour of living images. It's an attempt to think through moving images by making a film and building a movie theatre. Its relation to moving images in general suggests things about the subject and its relation to the world. The beholder is ensured to have a good time.
