Welcome to a talk by artist Sidsel Meineche Hansen at Konstfack with focus on the female avatar ‘EVA v3.0’ which is a product sold online by TurboSquid, a company that supplies stock 3D models for medical animations and virtual adult entertainment among other industries. The EVA v3.0 avatar is the main protagonist in Meineche Hansen’s recent works and an object of her research on post-human sex.
Josefine Cohen's practice revolves around movement: the movement of the hand, the mind, the colors, the energy. Impulses and curiosity pave the way for her work. The exhibition Flows & Knots consists of a series of paintings that explore how the "movement forms" flows and knots in different ways can interact and build an image.

Josefine Cohens måleri kretsar kring rörelse i ordets vida bemärkelse; handens rörelse, färgens, sinnets, energins. Impulser och nyfikenhet ges stor plats och leder arbetet framåt. Utställningen Flows & Knots består av en serie målningar där hon på olika sätt prövat dessa två rörelseformer och vad som händer när de sätts i relation till varandra.
För andra året i rad ställer Brown Island ut i Konstfacks vita hav. Konstnärskollektivet består av studenter från skolans olika institutioner som genom olika aktiviteter gör motstånd mot den normativa vitheten.
Den 3:e december 2017 mellan klockan 23:01:47 och 23:01:48 gjordes en ljudupptagning av ett rum. En sekund spelades in när ingen människa befann sig i rummet. Sekunden var en informationsbärare som berättade om rummet, en auditiv analogi av det. In Situ, composition from a second är återinförandet av sekunden till rummet. Den är nu förlängd, expanderad och gestaltas som skulptur och musikstycke.
