There are wonders waiting to be experienced in the rich wetlands of Kristianstad, all year round. Every winter, hundreds of eagles gather in the area, which was designated a model region for sustainable development in 2005 by UNESCO. The visit begins at Naturum Visitor Centre in the heart of Kristianstad.

Åhusskola stängs för renovering till sommaren
Sånnaskolan i Åhus måste genomgå en renovering. Resultaten av vårens provtagningar visar att skolans konstruktion gjort att fukt byggts in och skadat stommen. Skolan behöver därför stängas och saneras för att inte påverka hälsan hos elever och skolpersonal på längre sikt. Renoveringen börjar direkt efter vårterminens slut och till hösten sker undervisningen i paviljonger på skolområdet.
