NAV selects Lemontree for all test software and support

IT solution provider Lemontree has been selected by NAV to deliver and implement all test software for the NAV IT department.

NAV is the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Service and has an essential role in ensuring financial security for the Norwegian people. It is the largest Norwegian public institution and responsible for spending 1/3rd of the total Norwegian state budget.

IT solution provider Lemontree, based in Stockholm and Oslo, won the public negotiations to deliver and implement the requested test software to NAV. The value of the order is appr 33 Mnok over a five year period.

Lemontree will deliver the test software for the areas test- and requirement management, performance test, test automation, functional and GUI testing and test data management. Parts of the test software included in the deal is based on Lemontree’s own test solutions, part is software from Lemontree’s strategic partners, like ALM from HP Software and Datamaker™ from Grid-Tools. In addition to delivering and implementing the software, Lemontree will support NAV with additional test services and test advice.

Important reason why NAV selected Lemontree was Lemontree’s unique implementation approach which clearly differentiated Lemontree from the competition.

Currently NAV is executing a large modernization program with the aim to deliver significant financial and user benefits.
