Happy New Year from Lydmar Hotel!

What a year it has been! A lot of blood, sweat & tears resulted in yet another fabulous year despite the challenges we all are facing. We are so proud of all the hard work our Lydmar crew puts in and a big special thank you to all of you - our guests who makes every day memorable at Lydmar!

We had fabulous art exhibitions, Håkan Ludwigson with his photographs portraying "Balls and Bulldust" from farmers in the Australian outback. Mattias Edwall, son of actor Allan Edwall is currently exhibiting his portraits of his father in the exhibition "Allan 86-96", only to be seen at Lydmar!

The outdoor Patio and Terrace gave us many sunny memories with late afternoons sungazing, listening to our inhouse composed DJ's playlists, sipping chilled Minuty rosé and enjoying life.

As always, we are so grateful for all of you who have helped us to stay open all year long and allowing us to serve you the best way we can - the slightly different Lydmar way! We are more than ever looking forward to a smashing 2021 together with you. Check out the mezmerizing year we've had here. As always, our front door remains open for you!

Spending the New Years Eve at Lydmar? Even though we have to close our main restaurant at 8 PM our excellent Room Service is open until 00.30 on New Years Eve for our staying guests allowing you to order food, wine & mixed cocktails up to your room. Krug, Dom Pérignon, Cristal, & Sir Winston Churchill are just a few of our prestige cuvées in the cellar - Happy New Year! 

Lydmar Loves Music

There will be music on New Years Eve. Danelito will set the pace during the day. If we know him right genre is not an issue, but groove is always present. Rumors say he’ll be breaking his back carrying luxurious disco and soul on vinyl. Later on Marcus is joining in, maybe you were here last year and remember how that went down? It is indeed possible to eat and (sit)dance at the same time. Together these guys have around 50 years of experience behind the wheels, so this is gonna be fun!
