New Year's Brunch & Dinner @Lydmar Hotel

In just two weeks we will be leaving 2020 behind us and look forward to a smashing 2021 together with you! On New Year's we will serve a festive brunch and dinner, take a peek on a few dishes below;

French oysters / mignonette / lemon

Lobster / mayonnaise / french fries / green salad

Kalix bleak roe 30 gr / nettle langos / sour cream / red onion / lemon / dill

Panfried natural fed duck’s liver / gooseberry / yuzu / brioche / maché salad

And of course the classics Egg Nordic with cold smoked salmon & Rib Eye with garlic and parsley butter will be on the brunch menu until 17:00. For dinner amongst many besides the dishes above you will find;

Gratinated lobster / rhubarb- and chili butter / matured gryuère / french fries / green salad

Kitchen’s selected fish / tryffle hollandaise / trout roe / potato galette / pointed cabbage

Tournedos / grated duck’s liver / pommes fondant / green beans / Marsala gravy
