Kerstin Hulténs bok ”Maten som skyddar mot cancer” (Bonnier Fakta) har fått ett mycket stort genomslag i medier i Sverige. Bland annat har Kerstin fått publicitet i SDS, DN, Tara, Allt om mat och Fråga Dokton. Nu går Kerstin vidare och blir företagare i Medeons
inkubator.
