Melisha is releasing a vampire-themed music video just in time for Halloween!
Melisha MusicProduction, the music producer from Gothenburg with a studio in Brewhouse, is releasing an electronic Halloween song with a vampire theme. The characters in the music video include various vampires and witch crows, a bat and of course flames, as the song is about a magical flame of fire. Designer Viveka Gren is behind the fantastic creations that the characters wear in the video.
"In the flame" is an electronic uptempo song about the main character ending up in "Halloween land" and being chased and bitten by a vampire. The whole project is a DIY project by Melisha who in addition to creating intro music with the vampire hunt also produced, wrote, mixed and mastered the song which is released digitally via The Orchard to all platforms.
"With this audiovisual audiovisual design, I wish I could give a little extra atmosphere to the Halloween party and the weekend, to maybe get a little magic break from everyday life, and I hope you will enjoy it! đđ»" says Melisha.
The music video is like the previous releases from Melisha, 100% DIY project where Nadja ItÀsaari has filmed and Melisha edited the video. In the characters we find Missy Crown, Nadja ItÀsaari and Zukie Fiuxo who, in addition to acting as vampires, are also their own music producers and artists.

Melisha and her work in Sweden within equality and music production
Melisha has has been an activist in music production and gender equality for many years. In addition to being the co-founder of the non profit org in Sweden EQLovesMusic has been a project leader of the yearly EQLovesFestival who featured for example Leila Arab, producer and has worked as Björk's Live DJ, the Grammy-winning world producer Sylvia Massy and Linn Fijal from Benny Andersson's studio Riksmixningsverket, Ebony Bones, Ana Diaz, Erin Tonkon (David Bowie), Gloria Kaba (Madonna, Beyonce, Phil Ramone, Kanye West, Salaam Remi, Aretha Franklin and Frank Ocean), Heba Kadry (The Mars Volta, Slowdrive, Lightning Bolt, Beach House, Björk) with both events in Sweden and abroad.
Mellisha is also a member of She is the music and is also part of a collaborative project between Sweden, Canada , South Africa, Argentina and Estonia which is advertised by Canada's National Arts Center, Ottawa for female music producers with at least 10 years experience. Melisha has also held Mixing and mastering masterclasses on female songwriters day.

ABOUT MELISHAÂ
Melisha is a Swedish / Norwegian DIY producer / artist from Gothenburg with a studio in Brewhouse since the last 10 years but has had the studio for a total of 21 years. She has a Bachelor degree within music production from Dalarnas University, she attended a master's programme in audiovisual design (where a master's thesis is impatiently waiting to be completed.)Â
Produced for other artists but is now releasing her own music on her independent label.
Each song has its own atmosphere and soundscape and the creation of this is a big part of her creativity.
She is a teacher within production at the University of Gothenburg, HSM, since 2017.
She has been the project manager for EQLovesFestival, which featured many famous female world names in music production, including Sylvia Massy, Linn FIjal, Leila Arab, Ebony Bones, Erin Tonkon, Gloria Kaba, Heba Kadry, Ana Diaz and many more.
