MentorMate Grows Leadership Team With Additional VP Roles

Custom software development firm MentorMate has grown its executive leadership team with two new VPs: Jessica Anderson as VP of Finance and Administration and David Tran as VP of Solutions. Anderson has a long history with the company serving as Director of Finance and Administration, while Tran is new to the MentorMate team.

“Jessica's contributions over the last nearly eight years make her a natural addition to our executive leadership team,” says MentorMate President Jamie Bolseth. “Her excellent work ethic, loyalty, and insight into the financial operation of our business are among her many skills that we depend on every day.”

With members in the U.S. and Bulgaria, MentorMate’s solutions team engages with prospective clients to understand their needs and determine the appropriate services to fulfill those needs in a compelling way. Until now, the highest level of leadership within the team was Director of Solutions. With continued company growth projected for 2019 and beyond, however, MentorMate Founder and CEO Björn Stansvik felt it was time to bring David Tran on board to continue the team’s growth.

“David’s impressive experience working as a software engineer and in a variety of software development leadership positions makes him a perfect fit for this new role,” says Stansvik. “Having worked across many industries and various-sized companies, his broad knowledge and experience will help him lead our solutions team as well as relate to prospective and existing clients.
