Aurelius Group subsidiary Conaxess Trade Sweden AB completes acquisition of Movement Group AB

Further to our previous communication announcing the acquisition of Movement, we are pleased to confirm that the Swedish Competition Authority (Konkurrensverket) has formally given clearance to the deal. This means that the transaction has officially been completed on 31^st March 2021.

The combined companies will have a stronger position in the market ensuring even better delivery of services to new and existing business partners and customers. In addition to an increase in scale, this acquisition adds valuable experience to our workforce and leadership teams enabling us to be a stronger partner both now and in the future.

Movement AB and Conaxess Trade AB will continue to operate as individual legal entities until an integration process has been formalized and completed. Expected timing of the completion is second half of 2021.
