Applications now open for the GSAI scaleup program – helping startups grow internationally with AI

The international scaleup program GSAI – Growth and Scaling Through AI has now opened its next call for applications. From May 18, 2026 to February 3, 2027, 15 selected startups from Sweden, Finland and Estonia will take part in a nine-month journey designed to accelerate growth, strengthen AI capabilities and support expansion into new or next EU markets.

GSAI is a three-year initiative launched in 2025, supporting a total of 45 high-potential startups during the project period. The program targets startups in the Central Baltic region that are ready to scale and want to leverage AI to develop their business model, product or international market strategy.

The program is a joint initiative by Movexum and AI Sweden (Sweden), Yrityssalo (Finland) and Tehnopol (Estonia), combining regional startup ecosystems with world-leading expertise in AI, scaling and international growth.

– “For most startups, international growth without harnessing the potential of AI is no longer a realistic option. Through GSAI, we bring together leading expertise from Sweden, Finland and Estonia to help startups strengthen their competitiveness and scale sustainably across borders,” says Jini Nälsén, Project Manager GSAI at Movexum.
