Stoyan Yankov Inspired Founders and Leaders in Gävle with Insights on High-Performing Teams and Leadership
On May 6, Movexum welcomed internationally recognized TEDx speaker, entrepreneur, and author Stoyan Yankov to Gävle for a full day dedicated to leadership, team performance, and growth in times of constant change.
With his engaging energy, hands-on approach, and extensive experience working with leaders and startups across the globe, Stoyan delivered two highly appreciated sessions focused on helping individuals and companies build stronger, more resilient teams.
The day began with a public lunch lecture at Elite Grand Hotel in connection with Europe Week and Gävle kommun, where participants explored how leaders and teams can stay focused, adaptable, and motivated in rapidly changing environments. Attendees gained practical tools and insights on building trust, maintaining long-term performance, and creating clarity during uncertainty.
Later in the afternoon, startups within the Movexum incubator were invited to an exclusive Business Insight workshop. During the interactive session, Stoyan introduced his PERFORM framework, a concrete model for building high-performing teams in fast-growing companies.
Through practical exercises and discussions, founders worked on:

- maintaining focus and execution in a scaling business environment
