Niam säljer kontor till Reitangruppen
Niam har ingått ett bindande avtal om att sälja kontorsfastigheten Pirsenteret till E.C. Dahls Eiendom AS, ett dotterföretag till Reitan Eiendom AS. Pirsenteret ligger i centrala Trondheim och omfattar totalt ca 63 500 kvm. Tillträde planeras ske under första kvartalet 2012.
