Kit for special wipes - even for tougher cleaning

We already offer nonwoven for different types of custom wipes. But now we have a new offer with dry nonwoven on a roll that is packaged in a plastic container for companies that provide their own cleaning formula.

Different nonwoven for different purposes

Wipes on a roll are available in different nonwoven materials with different properties.

  • Spunlace is the most common wipes material - it is soft and is often used for products with close skin contact
  • Meltblown is a nonwoven material with a slightly coarser surface that is used for tougher cleaning - for example removal of graffiti.
  • Wetlaid can also be used - it is a more paper-like nonwoven

All materials can withstand alcohol and chemical stress. The rolls contain perforated sheets so it is easy to pull each wipe.

Packaging

We offer our wipes on a roll delivered in a plastic container. We have a large selection of sizes and both container and lid are available in different colors. We can also make sure that the container is provided with your label.

Our nonwoven is delivered dry on a roll inside the container. The manufacturer then fills the container with his unique cleaning liquid formula and seals the container with the included aluminum lid.

Special custom wipes

We have extensive experience of producing special wipes where we provide the right nonwoven while the customer provides the cleaning fluid. Here are some examples of special wipes.

  • Car interior or exterior
  • Furniture cleaning
  • Clothes - cleaning of special fabrics/materials or stains
  • Special wipes for the construction industry
  • Disinfection to healthcare, veterinary or other activities with hygiene requirements

Sustainable alternatives

According to new regulation wipes that contain plastic must be provided with an icon representing a dead turtle. Fortunately, this has accelerated the development of durable wipes.
